A hardy perennial in all but the coldest areas. Perfect for woodland gardens, it prefers a rich, moisture retentive soil. Dig in grit and leaf mould or garden compost when planting, plant bulbs about 8-10cm deep and they should need no further care. Mulch each autumn with leaf mould for excellent results.
This is a very attractive aroid with purple/white striped spathe atop a mottled stem. The foliage is rich green. It grows about 30-35cm high. In a word...gorgeous!
