A beautiful and eye-catching primula which does look remarkably like an orchid!
Best grown in moisture retentive soil in part-shade (it doesn't like to dry out in summer and doesn't like being waterlogged in winter). If happy it clumps away quite merrily and can be easily propagated by dividing these clumps. Quite excellent grown with ferns, the bright flowers show off well with the green foil of the fronds.
