A fabulous species for giving the moist, shady border a Japanese lift! It grows into a compact, cascading mounds about 40cm high and 40cm wide.
The blades are a fresh green through mid-springto late autumn. Prefers partial shade but tolerant of full shade as well. Cut back to ground level in late winter/early spring, before new growth appears and that's it! Very low maintenace for a great look. Superb with ferns and Japanese maples for an oriental look.
