Aglaomorpha
Genus of around 50 species of tropical ferns. Aglaomorpha have dimorphic fronds, the sterile fronds are rounded and around the base of the plant. They are not shed, staying to form a basket that traps organic matter which provides these epithytic and rock growing ferns with their nutrients. The fertile fronds are long and large. They have rhizomes which anchor the fern to trees or rocks.
