Tender, not hardy.
A fabulous fern to grow indoors, very rarely offered. This has many synonyms including Polypodium giganteum, and Pessopteris crassifolia.
It is a tropical to sub tropical species native to Central and South America.
Fabulous house plant given bright, indirect light, a free draining compost and occasional spray with tepid water. treat as you would the Stagshorn ferns.
