Nodding Wake Robin.
A beautiful Trillium with white flowers, held on a stalk above the foliage. There can be colour variation in the flowers with the occasional yellow ones appearing. The leaves themselves are a fresh green. It dies down completely from autumn through winter.
Very hardy (-15C), it thrives in moisture retentive soil in light or dappled shade. This species prefers a slightly alkaline soil.
